  • Arm Progress

Sawyer and Nathaniel moved the mount for the phone to its final resting place. Nathaniel and Jacob programed the arm to go up and down. It didn’t work, but after a while of debugging we got it to work again. But after all that work it got tangled and jammed almost immediately.

  • Moderate to Severe Progress

Nathaniel worked on the mounting for the arm, but we had to reconfigure the robot to make room. We than ate a lot of pizza, and we then had to change where the wheels were mounted.

  • Not Much Progress

Sawyer worked on the autonomous programming for the robot. After many fails and re-do we thought that we had it right, but then it crashed and we will consult the creators of the library. Nathaniel worked on the claw and the arm. We had to re-print the claw so the connection tab was facing the […]

  • Lotsa Progress

We decided to use Tetrix wheels in the back and omni wheels in the front, because it would make the brick racer go faster than all omni wheels or rubber wheels. We also finished […]

  • Progress 2

We finished building the robot for power play and pugged in all the cables. Then we started programming it but we realized we only had two weeks until the brick race so we started the fish.
